- Volunteers at HPARA. have one thing in common: they`re all making a difference for animals in our community.

are an integral part of our team. You can choose to work directly with
the animals or contribute your time and talent in other ways.

must be at least 18 years old. Children 10 years and up and up may be accepted to volunteer only with a
parent or guardian who will remain with them at all times and actively
work along with the child.

We currently need weekday volunteers willing to work for 3 to 4 hours once a week in the morning or evening.
Our rescue volunteers handle routine animal care and sanitation tasks – which goes a long way toward keeping HAPRA in operation!
Rescue volunteers generally work with our pets, Our staff will help you become familiar with the
